Job Title: Carpenter/ Multi VAN SUPPLIED

Sector: Social Housing 

Salary: £18 – £21 per hour

Location of work: Croydon

Skilled Careers are working with a well-established company in the social housing sector who are now looking to take on a skilled Carpenter/ multi to help assist with maintenance repairs on their property portfolio. The work will consist of reactive repairs with all day-to-day duties being send via PDA. You will be supplied with a van to get to and from properties. 

Ideally the right candidate will require:

Full UK Driving Licence 

Social housing experience

Understanding of abilities required (Plastering)
