GRAHAM has been awarded a place on Lot 3 of Northern Ireland (NI) Water’s IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework.

Developed by NI Water to support the delivery of its proposed water and sewerage capital investments, the civil engineering specialist will deliver a range of maintenance and investment projects on water and sewerage infrastructure and non-infrastructure across NI Water’s assets for an initial four-year term with extension options for a further four years in total.

The framework consists of three multi-party Lots as follows:

  • Lot 1 Water and Sewerage Infrastructure Works (£240 million)
  • Lot 2 Water and Sewerage Non-Infrastructure Works (£240 million)
  • Lot 3 Water and Sewerage Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Works (£1.2 billion)

The framework award follows an ongoing portfolio of work amounting to over £20 million that GRAHAM’s Civil Engineering division is delivering for NI Water.

GRAHAM’s Contracts Director for Civil Engineering, PJ McCaffery, said: “Our focus will be to work in partnership to drive greater efficiencies and value for NI Water through first class project management and delivery.

“We have enjoyed a strong partnership with NI Water for many years now and are currently involved in various enhancement, maintenance and upgrade schemes across the country. The award of this Integrated Partnerships Framework Lot will further strengthen our relationship and provide a great opportunity to showcase our wide-ranging civil engineering expertise, innovation and collaboration skills in the water sector.”

GRAHAM joins contractors BSG Civil Engineering, DLJ JV, Farrans Glan Agua JV, GEDA Construction and J Murphy/Dawson WAM JV in delivering projects on Lot 3 of the framework.
